Delete your account and data

Bitcoin Miner (published by Serenity Games) lets you delete your account and the data linked to it at any time. There are two ways.

1. In the app (fastest)

Open Bitcoin Miner.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately. If you still have a balance, withdraw it first —
deleting the account does not pay it out.

Deletion is blocked for 24 hours after a payout, so that the payment can be completed and checked. Please try again after 24 hours.

2. By email (no app needed)

Write to mine.bitcoin.app@gmail.com from the email address you use in the app, with the subject Delete my account. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done. If your account is blocked and you cannot delete it yourself, use this route.

What is deleted

Your user record: balance, earnings, mining state, username, Lightning address, ad-verification records, and the anti-fraud device fingerprint.
Your sign-in (Google account link) with our app.

What we keep, and for how long

Payout records (amount, time, status, payment hash) for up to 24 months. We are required to keep a record of payments we made, and it also protects us against repeated fraud. These records keep the internal account number, not your email.
A deletion marker with the internal account number, the date, and a one-way hash of your email and wallet address, so a deleted account cannot be recreated to bypass a block. The hash cannot be turned back into your email or address.

Everything else is removed and is not recoverable.
